What does Scale 1128 actually do?
We build hand-coded landing pages, improve Shopify stores, and run Klaviyo email work for DTC brands. We work directly with founders and alongside agencies. We do not manage paid advertising.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
You work directly with the people doing the work. We keep the scope focused, share our thinking, and bring in development or Klaviyo specialists when the project needs them.
How many clients do you work with at a time?
We work by referral or direct request, one project at a time. We agree availability and timing with you before starting.
Do I need to be at a certain revenue level?
We scope the work around the stage of your business and the problem to solve. A launch page, a focused CRO sprint, and a full store rebuild need different approaches.
What happens after the engagement ends?
We agree the handoff as part of the scope, including access, documentation, and any follow-up support. If you need ongoing work, we discuss that separately.
What does the free audit include?
We start with the service you need. A store breakdown looks at conversion opportunities; a Klaviyo flow audit reviews triggers, timing, segmentation, and email execution. We confirm the scope on the call.
Is there a long-term contract?
The scope, timeline, price, and any ongoing work are agreed before the project starts. Landing pages are typically live in under a week; full Shopify builds are usually under a month.
What platforms do you work with?
Shopify for store work, hand-coded landing pages for campaigns and launches, and Klaviyo for email. For specialist work outside that scope, we can introduce a relevant partner.
