The Problem

EMR-TEK was doing ~$4M in annual revenue and had already spent money on CRO agencies, Klaviyo teams, and web developers. None of them delivered. The pages looked built but didn't convert. Missing trust signals, no benefit copy, no cross-sells, broken on mobile. The Klaviyo agency was reporting inflated numbers on 5-day attribution. The store was getting traffic, but the buying journey was broken. Ad spend was going to pages that didn't do their job.

What We Did

Fixed the funnel so traffic actually converts. We rebuilt every product page across 26+ SKUs. Wrote the copy, built the trust signals, mapped cross-sells product by product, and structured every page so the customer buying journey made sense from landing to checkout. Homepage routing, collection logic, cart flow, shipping transparency. All of it. The pages that ad traffic was hitting finally did their job.

Rebuilt email and SMS on honest numbers. The previous Klaviyo setup was inflating revenue with 5-day attribution. We rebuilt everything on 1-day attribution. Real numbers, real revenue. Tripled email & SMS. Welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback. All live and all accountable.

SEO foundation from scratch. Broken schema, missing alt text on 74% of product images, 40+ duplicate pages draining crawl budget. Fixed all of it so organic could actually grow.

Ads and affiliates. Direction that worked. Restructured ad spend so traffic hit the right pages. 5x return. Built the affiliate program from zero and scaled it to 5x. Both channels kept performing after we stepped back because they were sending traffic to pages that finally converted.
